Do you accept wire transfers?

Question

Our corporate accounting department only pays via wire transfers. Can we pay that way, and what is your bank account information?

Solution

We can certainly accept wire transfers. Our wire transfer payments are processed through a payment partner, Plimus.

To pay with a wire transfer, follow these steps:

• Go to our order page and select the product you want to order: https://www.plimus.com/jsp/dev_store1.jsp?developerId=37295. If you're ordering multiple licenses, enter the appropriate quantities, and use the 'Checkout' button at the bottom of the form.
• Make sure the Currency is set to your local currency. Using your local currency allows us to receive your payment in your own currency, which minimizes the wire transfer fees.
• Confirm the quantity you want to order and enter your name, company name and address and email address.
• Select 'Wire Transfer' or 'Local Bank Transfer' for the Method of payment.  If using "Local Bank Transfer", fill in the additional information at the bottom to help us locate your bank transfer.
  
• Hit the 'Next' button.
• On the page that results from this, you'll find the address, bank account and everything you need to send a wire transfer. You can also print a Proforma invoice from here (which your accounting department should like!).
• Print the instructions on the page and follow them in doing your wire transfer.
• Wait for several days for the wire transfer to complete. If you've not gotten your license(s) via email within 5 days of sending your wire transfer, please contact us.

Make sure you include the reference number on the wire transfer. It's difficult to tie your order to your payment without this.

Also, make sure you pay all your bank's wire transfer fees! We often receive payments where the sender's bank has deducted a fee, so the payment amount is inadequate. In this case, you must wire more money and pay the additional transfer fees.
