User name on license key.

I've just purchased a license key, but I'd rather have the company name on that key rather than my name. What should I do?

Solution

Although we show a recommended user name on your license key (based on the information entered when you purchased the license), we don't require that this specific user name be entered into the software. You can enter any name that you find appropriate - your company name, your name - or whatever is best.

If you'd like to change the user name we have on file, please send us an email and we'll be happy to change it. This is useful in the case where you lose your license key in the future and request that our automated system send it to you. When that happens, the user name on that will be the new user name you ask for rather than the original.
